I am a clinician in training, but more truthfully, I am a human being obsessed with the layers beneath the mask. Contra Persona is not just a platform – it is a revolt against the performance. It is a space for those who feel disillusioned with curated truths, with hollow affirmations, and with the polite avoidance of what is most raw, most human, most holy. Here, I write from the marrow.
My work is informed by a foundation in depth psychology, especially the writings of Carl Jung, Marion Woodman, and James Hollis, but it is equally shaped by lived experience: sitting in rooms where a soul is dismissed, witnessing the shadow play out in real time, and confronting the monster not in others, but in myself.
This is not a brand. It is a confrontation. A mirror turned inward and outward at once. A place where myth meets modernity, where projection is unpacked, and where the language of the unconscious speaks freely. I write for clinicians. For seekers. And for those who have grown weary of performance and long to be seen in their full contradiction: light and shadow, soul and scar.
If you are here, it is likely because something in you refuses to numb out. Something in you still aches for the truth beneath the surface.
Welcome.
